Returns & Refund Policy – JUGNI SILVER JEWELLERY

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Jugni Silver Jewellery operated by Santosh Jewellers. we have a team of hardworking professionals working every day to make your experience special.

Buying any products can be really tough sometimes, as you may not find your ideal one in one-go. But we accept return with following condition only.

• Return or exchange requests have to be made within 7 days of the parcel being received.

• When requesting a product return or exchange, a 360-degree opening video of the shipment must be submitted.
• No exchange or return will be accepted without a360-degree opening video.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted non-other the mentioned above.
• To facilitate a return or exchange, customers must arrange a courier or reverse pick-up to us the defective or wrong product back.
• We do not offer free pickups for returns; instead, it is entirely dependent on mutual agreement.
• We would make a pickup request within seven working days if we agreed to accept the return.
• The exchange procedure will commence as soon as the defective or wrong products received to us or in our warehouse.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items—no questions asked. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt, and JUGNI SILVER JEWELLERY reserves the right to process refunds only after verifying the condition of the returned items.

• Shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.

• If a return is received with missing items (e.g., the customer claims to have returned multiple products but only some are received), we reserve the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund. This applies to both purchased and promotional products.

• International orders are not eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received at our warehouse and approved for refund processing. For domestic orders, refunds typically reflect in the customer’s account within 5-7 business days.

Note: International orders fall under a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

Replacement & Exchange

For replacements or exchanges, please initiate a return for the current item and place a new order in your preferred size or color.

How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return in two ways:

1. Directly from our website.

2. Contact our Customer Support Team, who will guide you through the process.

Once a return request is placed, please:

• Be available for the reverse pickup.

• Answer calls from the delivery partner.

If the pickup fails due to unavailability or missed calls, the pickup may be cancelled and must be re-initiated, leading to delays.

Important: Some PIN codes may not support reverse pickup. In such cases, you may be asked to send the product using an alternative courier (e.g., India Post), and we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70. If the shipping cost exceeds ₹70, the additional amount will be deducted from your refund.

In areas where reverse logistics are not available, customers are responsible for sending the item to our warehouse and will be reimbursed ₹70 as a shipping fee upon successful return.

Damaged, Empty, or Tampered Parcels

If you receive a package with missing items or that appears empty:

• Contact Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide a 360-degree unpacking video as proof.

Claims without proper evidence or with signs of tampering may be rejected. JUGNI reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.

Returns on Promotional Offers

• For orders placed under promotions like “Buy 3 Get 30% Off” or “Buy 2 Get 20% Off”, partial returns will void the offer. Your refund will be adjusted based on the actual price of the items you’re keeping, minus the promotional discount.

• Orders made under Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) or similar offers are not eligible for return.
